Definitions
Company -Dexgreen Ltd. trading as Dexgreen Connect.
Site -eCommerce website branded as Dexgreen Connect.
Buyer-individual or company purchasing products form the Site.

1. Governing Law
This Agreement and any non-contractual disputes arising under or in connection with it shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

2. Use of Products
By purchasing the products, the buyer is acknowledging that they understand and are qualified to use them. If you are unsure of your abilities to use the products, then please contact our sales team directly or review the literature published on the website.

3. Website Use
The intended use of the Site is to catalogue all items for sale clearly in order to enable the Buyer to make an informed buying decision.

4. Information Accuracy
Most of the products on the Site are of a technical nature and are accompanied by detailed technical specifications and datasheets in order to enable the buyer to make an informed buying decision.

All product attributes published on the Site are for the sole purpose to give the buyer a general description of the product. Examples of product attributes include: datasheets, installation instructions, videos, pictures, colours, dimensions and colours. These may be updated from time to time. We accept no liability for any error or omission in the product information.

5. Intellectual Property
All information published on the Site are exclusive property of the Company and its suppliers. Any reproduction of information on the website requires written approval of the Company.

6. Re-use of Information
Prior to re-using any information published on the site, the buyer must receive written approval from the Company.

7. Price
The price listed on the Site for the products may be adjusted from time to time to take account of changes in production cost, tax or duties, etc. All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is charged at the current VAT rate.

8. Order
Orders are only deemed accepted once the buyer receives written confirmation from the Company that the order is being processed.

9. Payment
Payment for all goods on the Site must be made in advance of the goods being dispatched.

10. Carriage
The prices for all products are ex-works from our premises. Delivery will be made through a transport company of the Company’s choice. If the customer selects express delivery, additional fees will apply.

11. Tax
All prices published on the Site are exclusive of value added or other sales taxes, which will be added to our invoices at the appropriate rate required bylaw.

12. Delivery & Returns
All goods ordered on the Site are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer. By processing the order on the Site, you are giving any one at the address authority to receive the delivery.

Any shortages / damages / non-delivery must be notified to the Company as soon as possible and must be in a condition suitable for inspection.

All returns are subject to a handling charge and are not permissible unless there is written confirmation from the Company.

13. Packaging
All items delivered to the Buyer are in the packaging to ensure the product is delivered to the Buyer in the appropriate quality.

14. Title
Transfer of ownership of the goods takes place once the Buyer has made payment for the items at the current price.

15. Cancellation
The Company shall be entitled to full indemnity if the Buyer cancels an order that the Company has accepted and confirmed.

16. Testing & Inspection
This can be made on 3rd party goods if expressly requested by the Buyer. It entails and additional charge.

17. Claims
Claims are not valid if the product has been signed as received without damage being clearly specified on the Goods Received Note.

18. Warranty
All information contained on the Site is for information purposes only. We accept no liability as a result of factually incorrect information, while we endeavour to prevent this.

The Company warrants the Buyer against any hidden defects in the goods. In the case of defects, which are recognised by the Company, the Company’s liability is limited to repair,
replacement or credit note issue against the goods in question. Warranty does not apply to
goods that are damaged as a result of negligent use / misuse.
